Yes! You can imagine a beloved animal or recall a pleasant memory with a pet. Watching the videos and hearing my descriptions of them may also feel useful if you don't have a four-legged friend present.

You get to choose! The videos and audios provided are under 5 minutes. When you practice on your own I encourage you to set a timer for 3, 5, 15 minutes etc., whatever fits your goals and schedule.
